She soon became a big sister to “the brothers,” Jeremy and David, and her little sister, Nicole. She loved being a big sister and being in charge of things. Even when I was around, she was in charge. Her favorite times were being around family and friends.
Lady loved music from early on including NKOTB, Justin Timberlake etc., and of course, along with music came dancing. To say she LOVED to dance is an understatement. She really L O V E D to DANCE! Hip Hop, Tejano, Salsa to rocking out at Buzz Fest with “the brothers” and her hubby, Rudy, and her Uncle Rene. She enjoyed LIFE.
My Lady was given the gift of two (2) beautiful children, Victoria Marie (1997) and Gabriel Rene (2005). We see HER Spirit, Joy and Love live on through them.
Angela was 33 years young (October 11, 2011) when we got the sad news that she had Glioblastoma Multiforme, Stage IV. All of our lives changed. Forever.
She remained strong and positive throughout her 16-month fight with cancer. Her journey was tough – six (6) weeks radiation and then chemo for the remainder of time, but she remained positive, strong and mostly brave. She was scared… who isn’t when you hear those words?! But through her Faith, Prayers, Love and Belief, she smiled alot, she cried some, and mostly, she Loved. She LOVED INCREDIBLY.
Angela lost the fight on February 25, 2013, and words cannot describe how much we miss her. We know that she is in the arms of Angels when she sleeps and dancing with her niece, Skyla, and smiling down on all of us along with her Grandpas and Aunt Tila.
Angela, Our “ Lady,” was loved and gave love until her last day. WE LOVE AND MISS YOU LADY, until we meet again!!!
